Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of AthenaOS and its “GBP Intelligence” module, operated by Athena Growth Marketing (“Athena”). By accessing the application you agree to them.

1. The service

AthenaOS is an internal operations panel. GBP Intelligence connects to the Google Business Profile APIs to show the health, performance and review activity of the business profiles that Athena manages for its clients. It is provided to Athena staff and to clients authorized by Athena.

2. Access and accounts

Access is by individual invitation. You are responsible for keeping your login confidential and for activity under it. Athena may suspend access at any time, in particular when the working relationship ends.

3. Google data

The application accesses Google Business Profile data only with the authorization of an account that manages the profile, and only to provide the features described in our Privacy Policy. Use of data received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Authorization can be withdrawn at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to access data of profiles you are not authorized to see, to interfere with the service or its security, to copy or resell its data, or to use it in violation of law or of Google’s terms.

5. Accuracy

Scores, alerts and metrics are decision aids built from data supplied by Google, which can be delayed by several days or be incomplete. They are provided as is, without warranty that they are complete, current or error-free.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Athena is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.

7. Changes and termination

We may change the service or these terms; the date above shows the latest version. You may stop using the service at any time.
